Prohibited Uses

You may not use any Sooper Buddy trademark, trade name, logo, or brand element:

• As part of your own company name, product name, or domain name
• In any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by Sooper Buddy
• In connection with any product or service not offered by Sooper Buddy
• In any way that is likely to cause consumer confusion or dilute the Sooper Buddy brand
• In a manner that disparages or misrepresents Sooper Buddy

Permitted Referential Use

You may use the Sooper Buddy name in a purely descriptive or referential context (e.g., "available on Sooper Buddy") provided it is not in a logo form and does not imply any business relationship beyond that of a platform user.
