To keep Sooper Buddy a safe and positive experience for everyone, all customers agree to:
Respectful Behaviour
- Treat all riders, merchants, and support staff with dignity and respect
- Use only respectful language in all in-app communications
- Refrain from making discriminatory, offensive, or threatening remarks
Honest Usage
- Provide an accurate and accessible delivery address for every order
- Be available via phone when your order is out for delivery
- Do not request riders to carry prohibited, illegal, or undeclared items
- Leave honest and accurate ratings and reviews
- Do not file false complaints or abuse the refund system
Account Responsibility
- Do not share your account with others
- Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately
- Do not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or policies
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this code may result in temporary restrictions, permanent account termination, and where applicable, legal action.
