Rider Onboarding & Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

To become a Sooper Buddy rider or delivery partner, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid Indian driving licence appropriate for your vehicle type (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)
• Own or have lawful access to a registered, insured, and roadworthy vehicle
• Have a valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
• Have an active Indian bank account for payout purposes
• Pass Sooper Buddy's mandatory background verification process
• Have a working smartphone capable of running the Sooper Buddy Rider App

Onboarding Process

1. Submit an application through the Sooper Buddy Rider App or website
2. Upload required documents for verification
3. Complete in-person or virtual onboarding training
4. Receive account activation confirmation (typically within 3–5 working days)

Application Review

Sooper Buddy reserves the right to reject any rider application at its sole discretion without providing a specific reason. Incomplete applications or applications with unverifiable documents will be automatically declined.

Document Maintenance

Riders are responsible for keeping all required documents (driving licence, vehicle registration certificate, vehicle insurance) current and valid. Expiry of any required document may result in temporary account suspension until renewals are uploaded.
