Road Safety

  • Comply with all Indian Motor Vehicle Act regulations and traffic laws at all times
  • Helmet use is mandatory for all two-wheeler riders — no exceptions
  • Do not use a mobile phone while driving; use hands-free or pull over safely
  • Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgement
  • Maintain your vehicle in a roadworthy condition at all times

Professional Conduct

  • Be punctual and communicate proactively if there is a delay
  • Maintain personal hygiene and present a professional appearance
  • Treat all customers, restaurant staff, and Sooper Buddy personnel with courtesy and respect
  • Never refuse a service request based on the customer's religion, caste, gender, or location within the designated service area

Order Integrity

  • Do not open, tamper with, consume, or mishandle any order item during transit
  • Deliver orders to the confirmed address only — do not redirect deliveries
  • Confirm delivery via the app immediately upon completion
  • Report any spillage, damage, or issues to support before completing the delivery

Incident Reporting

Any accident, road incident, theft, or altercation must be reported to Sooper Buddy via the in-app support tool immediately. Failure to report incidents may result in disciplinary action.
