Prohibited Activities on Sooper Buddy
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:
Legal Violations
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws
- Soliciting others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
- Ordering or transporting prohibited, restricted, or illegal items
Fraud & Misrepresentation
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating any person or entity
- Providing false or misleading personal information
- Placing fraudulent orders or filing false complaints to exploit refunds
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, or promotions through dishonest means
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Using automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to interact with the platform
- Introducing malware, viruses, or any other harmful software
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform
User Harassment
- Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users, riders, or partners
- Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users
- Sending unsolicited promotional communications
Consequences
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent deactivation, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
