- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay credit/debit cards
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks
- Cash on Delivery: Available for select order types and areas
- Sooper Buddy Wallet: In-app wallet loaded via any of the above methods
Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways. Sooper Buddy does not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers.
Transaction Failure
If a payment is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed within 5–7 business days. Contact your bank or our support team if the reversal does not occur.
Currency
All transactions on Sooper Buddy are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
Taxes
All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable GST. A detailed tax invoice is available within the app for every completed order.
