Promotional Codes
Promo codes are one-time use per account unless explicitly stated as multi-use. Each code has an expiry date and minimum order value requirement as displayed at checkout.
Combining Offers
Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Promo codes cannot be combined with Sooper Buddy Wallet credits unless specified.
Referral Programme
Referral rewards are credited to your Sooper Buddy Wallet when the referred user completes their first eligible order. Referral abuse (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of all rewards and account termination.
Cashback Offers
Cashback is credited to your Sooper Buddy Wallet within 24–48 hours of qualifying order completion, subject to verification. Cashback on cancelled or refunded orders will be reversed.
Right to Modify
Sooper Buddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Unused promo codes at the time of discontinuation are void.
Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to exploit promotions through multiple fake accounts, bulk code generation, or other means constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated rewards and wallet balance.
