Menu & Inventory Policy

1. Accuracy Obligation

Merchants are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date menu information on the Sooper Buddy platform, including item names, descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, images, and prices.

2. Pricing Policy

• Prices listed on Sooper Buddy must be inclusive of all applicable taxes
• Sooper Buddy prices must not exceed walk-in or dine-in prices for the same item without prior written approval
• Price changes must be updated in the Merchant App promptly and cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed orders

3. Item Availability

Items displayed as "Available" must be in stock and ready to prepare. Merchants must mark unavailable items as "Out of Stock" promptly through the Merchant App. Repeated unavailability of listed items will result in performance review and potential penalties.

4. Images & Descriptions

• All product images must accurately represent the actual item served
• Misleading stock images are prohibited
• Descriptions must accurately reflect ingredients and portion sizes
• Sooper Buddy reserves the right to remove or edit non-compliant content

5. Allergen Information

Merchants must accurately declare common allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) for all food items. Failure to declare allergens that result in customer harm may result in legal liability and immediate partner removal.
