1. Prescription Medicines
Prescription medicines may only be dispensed upon submission of a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. You must upload a clear photograph of the prescription within the app. Uploading a false, forged, or altered prescription is a criminal offence under Indian law.
2. Regulatory Compliance
All medicine orders are processed in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and applicable CDSCO regulations. Sooper Buddy reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with legal requirements.
3. No Medical Advice
Sooper Buddy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The platform is solely a delivery facilitation service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before purchasing or consuming medicines.
4. Pharmacist Verification
Our pharmacy partners employ licensed pharmacists who review all prescription orders before dispatch. In cases of doubt, the pharmacist may decline to fulfil the order.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to safety regulations, most medicine products cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds are considered only in cases of incorrect items being dispatched, subject to verification.
