With Riders
We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with the assigned rider solely for the purpose of completing your order or ride.
With Merchants
We share your name and order details (not payment information) with the merchant so they can prepare your order.
With Payment Processors
Payment data is shared with our RBI-licensed, PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm) to process transactions securely. Sooper Buddy does not store full card numbers.
With Service Providers
We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and fraud detection services. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your data to law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory bodies when required by a lawful court order, summons, or legal process under Indian law.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.
