Professionalism

  • Be punctual and communicate proactively about any delays
  • Maintain personal hygiene and a clean, presentable appearance
  • Greet customers politely and handle every interaction professionally

Non-Discrimination

  • Never refuse a delivery or ride based on the customer's religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or delivery location within the service area
  • Treat all customers equally and with the same level of service

Road Safety

  • Always wear a helmet when riding a two-wheeler
  • Obey all traffic signals, speed limits, and road rules
  • Never use a mobile phone while riding — pull over safely if needed
  • Never operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or substances

Order Integrity

  • Handle all food and parcel deliveries with care
  • Do not open, tamper with, or consume any order
  • Deliver only to the confirmed address and recipient
  • Mark orders as delivered only after actual delivery
