1. Acceptable Items

You may only use Sooper Buddy's parcel service to send legal, non-hazardous items. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
  • Flammable or corrosive materials
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Live animals
  • Currency, cheques, or negotiable instruments
  • Perishable items that require temperature control
  • Fragile items without proper protective packaging

2. Sender Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the parcel is properly packaged, labelled, and contains only permitted items. You warrant that all information provided (sender, recipient, contents) is accurate.

3. Liability for Loss or Damage

Sooper Buddy's liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to ₹500 per consignment unless additional declared-value insurance is purchased at the time of booking. We are not liable for damage due to inadequate packaging.

4. Failed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable and cannot be contacted, the rider will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or return it to the sender. Return delivery charges will apply.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed by the recipient's signature or OTP verification in the app. Once confirmed, Sooper Buddy's liability for the parcel ceases.
