Earnings Calculation
Rider earnings are calculated per completed order or trip and may include:
- Base Earnings: A fixed amount per completed delivery or trip
- Distance Pay: Additional pay per kilometre beyond a base distance
- Peak Incentives: Bonus earnings during high-demand hours and periods
- Tips: 100% of customer tips go directly to the rider
Payout Schedule
Earnings are credited to your registered bank account on a weekly basis every Monday for the previous week (Monday–Sunday). Payouts are processed by 11:59 PM on Monday; bank processing may take 1–2 additional business days.
Instant Payout: Subject to eligibility and account standing, riders may request instant payout (same-day) up to twice per week. A nominal processing fee applies.
Deductions
- Platform Service Fee: A percentage of earnings as platform commission
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS): As applicable under Indian Income Tax Act
- Chargebacks: Deductions for verified fraud, theft, or order tampering
Incentive Programmes
Sooper Buddy may offer bonus incentives, referral programmes, and surge pricing at its sole discretion. These are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice and are not a guaranteed part of earnings.
