Food Safety & Hygiene

  • Maintain premises, equipment, and food handling practices in full compliance with FSSAI standards
  • Ensure all food handlers are trained in basic food hygiene
  • Store ingredients at appropriate temperatures and within expiry dates
  • Use clean, food-grade packaging materials for all deliveries

Order Standards

  • Prepare orders within the committed preparation time shown in the app
  • Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly packaged before handover to riders
  • Communicate promptly if an item is unavailable rather than sending a substitute without consent

Non-Discrimination

  • Serve all customers regardless of religion, caste, gender, or location
  • Do not prioritise in-store orders over app orders based on demographics

Professional Communication

  • Respond to customer complaints through the app promptly and constructively
  • Treat Sooper Buddy riders who collect orders with courtesy and respect
  • Maintain professional standards in all communications with Sooper Buddy staff
